I have had multiple services from multiple providers here and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. My first experience was with Dr. Sarhaddi. I saw Dr. Sarhaddi almost two years ago because I wasn't happy with my lower eyelids and filler wasn't doing it for me. Per her recommendations, I had a lower eyelid surgery and fat grafting to my face. After the procedure, I had no pain and healing was quick. It is apparent from the first visit that she and her medical assistant (Emily) genuinely care about their patients. Emily is quick to respond to questions and is extremely knowledgeable. My next experience was with Dina. I have been getting botox for years but just started going to Dina. I started getting botox for migraines from a different provider for about 6 months now, and it has changed the appearance of my face and how the botox for cosmetics has worked. Dina has been awesome and taken a personalized approach to helping me balance out the migraine treatment with the cosmetic treatment. Finally, I have gotten a facial and a peel from Kara, and I feel like my skin is glowing. Everyone there is so kind from the person at the front desk, the medical coordinators, providers and the ladies at checkout. I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees. I will continue to go back to St. Louis Cosmetic Surgery for all of my cosmetic needs. The results you will see are top tier and the service is exceptional.

Kara is amazing! Not only was my facial relaxing, but my skin has never been healthier. Her product recommendations were thoughtful. She took in account my budget, my main concerns, and the energy I am willing to spend on skincare on a daily basis.

Kara is the absolute best esthetician I’ve ever met. I started going to her for my hormonal acne in October of ‘23 to prep my skin for my wedding! The process was not one for the faint of heart but she was so knowledgeable and kept reassuring me to trust the process and I’m so glad i did!
